Our story began the day we walked a factory floor

Our story began the day we walked a factory floor - much like you do each day. Nearly two decades ago, while working for an established compressor company as a warehouse clerk, CSA’s president was asked to deliver a compressor to a manufacturing company in the San Francisco area. Upon arrival, the client offered to give a tour of the manufacturing facility. While touring the facility, it felt as if CSA's president was in the show “How It’s Made.” Seeing how compressed air systems are essential to the development of everyday goods was a dream come true, and an opportunity bestowed upon only a select few. On that day, CSA’s president knew that he had found his calling and career path.

Through hard work, determination, discipline and staying laser focused on providing client-centered solutions, CSA’s president quickly earned a reputation within the industry, amongst clients, and within his companies. Throughout the years, CSA's president swiftly moved up the ladder to parts manager, service coordinator, service and equipment sales manager, and branch manager. CSA's president was amongst the top salespeople in the nation for seven years in a row. His success is attributed to doing business honestly and with integrity–which is why he’s willing to put his name, Flavio Poenar on the line.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many companies turned to Flavio because they knew he can be trusted to guide them and their company through the unknowns. It was during this time that Flavio gave serious consideration to starting a consulting firm. In the year 2021, CSA was formed and the rest is history.
